Hi this is Dave Humphrey here, car electrician based at Dryden Citroen Birmingham. Just like to thank you once again for the excellent suppprt I received from your technician Dave. 

Yet again I got stuck with some programming on an Audi V6 3.0 diesel. After playing about with it for an hour or so, gave your tech a call, and within 5 mins of speaking to Dave, I had my answer to the problem. 

I must say again, this is the best after sales support I have received from any company I have purchased car diagnostic software/equipment from. Your technician's knowledge is brilliant, and so is the response time to emails and calls. 

I doubt there would not be many companies out there to match this support, if any.

Hi,  Just like to say thanks for the support I received from Dave at your support team, with the little issue I had trying to work out the procedure of clearing crash data from a steering ECU on a 2016 VW Polo. I sent a request for support on Tuesday evening 17th October, and received a call the next morning, and within 15 minutes problem was solved. The call didn’t just end there, had a good chat with your technician about how to do other little procedures with ODIS, which were all very helpful.  Must say the laptop I purchased from you is of excellent quality, its quick and works very well. I like the way that Windows has been cut down and can only be used as a diagnostic laptop, therefore can’t really do any damage to it or get any unwanted viruses on it.  I’ve bought and own many dealer level laptops and software for different makes of cars over the years, and it is difficult to learn how to use new equipment without a bit of support, as its constantly being updated and the procedures and layout are changed from what you’re used to. The support from your team was excellent, best I’ve received yet.

Amazing Amazing diagnostic tool for all VW Audi Seat and Skoda vehicles  Been using the Vag Laptop for a while now and it has saved me hours of diagnostic time.  This laptop is much more than a code reader, it is a very advanced step by step diagnostic tool. From testing wiring to signal wave forms it will test any fault code on a VAG group car.  I have been in the automotive repair trade for 26 years and have seen and used many scanners. I have got a snap on scanner, a vag com scanner and a launch scanner which I thought were ok, but after using the vag laptop they don't come close.  The vag laptop is excellent for diagnostic process and first-time fix. The laptop identifies the fault through guided fault finding, which is easy to use as there is step by step guidance. In addition to this there are wiring diagrams, guided detailed repair manuals which include; torque settings, removal processes, required pressures etc. I am so pleased I have one of these now as it has saved me so much time, just wish I had discovered it years ago!
